超声引导下穿刺治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠与单次药物治疗的结果分析

目的:探讨超声引导下穿刺治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠的优势及临床价值。方法:将已确诊为未破裂型输卵管妊娠的51例患者随机分为两组:A组26例超声引导下穿刺并注入氨甲喋呤20 mg,B组25例采用一次性肌内注射氨甲喋呤50mg。比较两组的成功率、杀胚率、血绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的定量变化、包块变化情况及输卵管通畅率。结果:两种治疗方法的成功率、杀胚率均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种治疗成功病例的血β-HCG值降至正常的天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),包块消失时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声引导下穿刺治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠比单次药物治疗能取得更好的疗效。

Clinic result analysis of treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy, between ultrasound guided puncturing and single-dose medication

Objective:To explore the clinic value of treat and obvious superiority of using ultrasound guided puncturing and muscle injection methotrexate of treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.Methods:51 patients disgnosed clinically as ectopic tubal pregnancy were divided into 2 random teams.A team(26 patients) was treat by Using Ultrasound Guided Puncturing and Muscle Injection Methotrexate 20 mg.B team(25patients) was treated by sing-bose musle injection with Methotrexate 50 mg.Comparing the successful treatment rate,the changement of blood beta-HCG and sonograpgy and the selective salpingograghy during follow-up.The results were statistical analysed.Results:The successful treatment rate,the changement of blood bete-HCG in A team were significant higher than these in team B(P﹤0.05),But there was no significant difference in sonograpgy and the selective during follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of Uruptured Ectopic pregnancy,the successful rate of Ultrasound Guided Puncturing and Muscle Injection Methotrexate is higher than that single-dose musle injection with Methotrexate.
