五联疗法治疗肛门尖锐湿疣的临床观察

采用外科破坏法。干扰素局部浸润注射、自体疣移植、口服免疫应答调节剂、中药熏洗坐浴等5联疗法治疗肛门尖锐湿疣,对照组采用疣体切除术加干扰素局部注射。结果表明,两组治愈率和复发率分别为100%、0%和82.5%、27.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

Quintuple therapy of condyloma acuminatum

One hundren thirty - nine patients with anal condyloma acuminatum were randomly allocated to two groups. Group A (n = 76) received quintuple therapy consisting of 1) surgical destructive management and excision by elect-rotomy, 2) infiltrative injection of interferon one million units, 3) autotransplantation of condyloma, 4) oral levamisole, and 5 ) traditional Chinese herbal medicine. Group B, for comparison, received conventional therapy of surgical excision and injection of interferon. The cure rates for Groups A and B were 100% and 82.2%, respectively, and recurrence rates were 0% and 27% , respectively, the differences being statistically significant ( P < 0.01).
