雄激素及其衍生物对血管保护作用的研究进展

男性心血管疾病发病率和致死率高于女性。有关雄激素及衍生物在心血管疾病中的病理作用基础和临床研究陆续已有报道，雄激素缺乏与临床的关系及它们的作用的分子机理尚不明确。然而，越来越多的证据表明雄激素可能对心血管系统有着有益的作用。本文综述近年有关雄激素及衍生物扩血管作用、作用机制及其构效关系的进展。

Advanced research of androgen and its derivatives in cardiovascular protection

It is well known that the morbidity and mortality due to cardiovascular diseases are higher in male than in female. It has been reported about the pathologic effect in cardiovascular diseases and clinical research of androgen and its derivatives. Yet the relationship between the lack of androgen and the clinic and the molecular mechanism in cardiovascular protection still remains unknown. However, more and more evidence indicate that androgen and its derivatives may be beneficial to cardiovascular system. This article mainly reviews dilation effect of androgen and its derivatives in cardiovascular. The mechanism and structure-function relationship are also discussed.
