| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脊柱三维重建的几个基本方位。方法 对25例正常脊柱行螺旋CT扫描后经三维软件处理，分别按多个切割层面切割成像进行观察。结果 脊柱各部分结构均能在不同位像中清楚显示。结论 应将脊柱三维成像的位像规范化，中提出的几个位像可作为脊柱三维重建的基本方位，但应灵活应用。

| Abstract: | AIM To evaluate several basic locations of helical CT three dimentional reconstruction in spine. METHODS Three dimentional images received according to eight angle and sculpting locations were observed in 25 normal spines. RESULTS All spine structures were indicated clearly at various positions. CONCLUSION It is necessary to regulate the positions of helical three dimentional reconstruction in spine. The eight positions can be regarded as the basic positions of three dimentional reconstruction in spine. |
