养血清脑颗粒治疗脑卒中后抑郁34例

目的：观察养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法：将68例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和治疗各34例，对照组给予盐酸氟西汀口服，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予养血清脑颗粒，连续治疗8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评价两组患者治疗前后抑郁程度的变化，并比较不良反应的差异。结果：两组患者疗程结束后抑郁程度均有改善，治疗组的有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组HAMD评分降低程度优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：采用养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁可以改善患者抑郁程度，还可降低盐酸氟西汀引起的不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect ofYangxue Qingnao granula on treating 34 cases of PSD

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yangxue Qingnao granula combined with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride on post-stroke depression （PSD）. Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 34 in each group. The control group was given Fluoxetine Hydrochloride, while the treated group was given Yangxue Qingnao granula more. Results： The symptoms in both groups were improved, and the total effective rate in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the HAMD scores in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yangxue Qingnao granula combined with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride was significantly effective on PSD, and it also improved the side effects caused by Fluoxetine Hydrochloride, worthy of a wide clinical effect.
