| 摘 要： | 近年来，有关颈椎病治疗的文章虽频见于各个医学刊物上，但对其病机的探讨却略显欠缺。笔者详读《黄帝内经》并结合自己的诊疗经验，根据其中的营卫理论对当今社会颈椎病的病机与治疗提出一些看法，认为“补营血，行卫气”在治疗颈椎病中有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years, reports on cervical syndrome （CS） becomes more and common, however the investigation on its mechanism is still lack. In this article, based on reading Huangdi Neifing carefully combined with his own diagnosis experience, the author raised his viewpoint on the mechanism of CS. |
