一贯煎合丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

目的：评价一贯煎合丹参在阿德福韦酯抗病毒基础上治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法：将108例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者在阿德福韦酯抗病毒治疗基础上随机分为三组：一贯煎组、阿德福韦酯组和一贯煎合丹参组，治疗前后分别进行肝功能、肝纤维化血清学指标及HBVDNA阴转率检测。结果：治疗1年后，①三组患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标均有不同程度的好转：②一贯煎合丹参组ALT降低和Alb升高幅度、HBVDNA阴转率、肝纤维化指标的改善与其他两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在阿德福韦酯抗病毒基础上一贯煎联合丹参治疗慢性乙肝肝纤维化疗效更好。

Clinical research on treating liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B with Yiguan decoction united Salvia

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis with Yiguan decoction united Salvia based on anti-virus Adefovir dipivoxil therapy. Methods： 108 cases of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis based on adefovir dipivoxil antiviral therapy were randomly divided into three groups： Yiguan decoction group, adefovir dipivoxil group and Yiguan decoction united salvia group, detecting liver function, serological markers of liver fibrosis and HBVDNA negative rate before and after treatment. Results： After 1 year of treatment： I. liver function, liver fibrosis markers has various degrees of improvement in the three groups. II. the improvement of HBVDNA negative rate and liver fibrosis markers, the changes of ALT decreased and Alb increased which was significant difference （P〈0.05） of the Yiguan decoction united salvia group compared with the other two groups. Conclusion： On the basis of anti-virus adefovir dipivoxil, Yiguanjian united Salvia has a better efficacy on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
