腹腔镜脐内侧韧带移植修补术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的体会

目的:探讨腹腔镜脐内侧韧带移植修补术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的应用价值。方法:2011年1月至2012年1月为46例腹股沟斜疝患儿行单孔腹腔镜脐内侧韧带移植修补术。结果:46例手术均获成功,手术时间平均15 min;术中无出血、输精管损伤、腹膜后血肿等并发症发生。术后随访3～12个月,无一例复发。结论:腹腔镜脐内侧韧带移植修补术具有患儿创伤小、手术简便、康复快、治愈率高等优点,一般术后无痛苦及复发,易于被接受,值得推广应用。

Experience of laparoscopic transplantation of medial umbilical ligament for repair of inguinal hernia in children

Objective:The objective of this study was to explore the application value of using the medial umbilical ligament as a reinforcing flap to cover the internal ring during laparoscopic herniorrhaphy in children with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods:From Jan.2011 to Jan.2012,this procedure was carried out in 46 consecutive children with indirect hernia.Results:The operation of all 46 cases were performed successfully,and the average operative time was 15 min.There were no intraoperative complications such as bleeding,injury to vas deferens or retroperitoneal haematoma.No case had recurrence during follow-up of 3-12 months.Conclusions:This operative procedure has advantages of minimal damage,simple and easy manipulation,quick postoperative recovery,high cure rate,without pain or recurrence.It is acceptable and worthy of clinical application.
