| 摘 要： | 梳理《黄帝内经》相关条目与各家治疗中风后失语症临床经验,从"肾"论治,结合脏腑辨证之"肾气内夺",及经络辨证之肾经为本、多经并重,探讨中风后失语症的病因病机及针刺治疗思路,以求为临床治疗提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | The relevant articles in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor and different physicians’ clinical experience regarding acupuncture for post-stroke aphasia were summarized. The etiology, pathogenesis and acupuncture treatment principles for post-stroke aphasia were explored from the perspectives of "treatment based on kidney" "kidney-qi internal exhaustion" of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu and "kidney meridian as core with equal importance to multiple meridians" of syndrome differentiation of meridians, which is aimed to provide reference for clinical treatment. |
