| 摘 要： | [目的]观察桃红四物汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。[方法]将77例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组37例。治疗组口服中药桃红四物汤加减。[结果]经3个疗程的治疗,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。[结论]桃红四物汤加减治疗偏头痛效果较好,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To observe Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating migraine clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] 77 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases ,37 cases of the control group. Treatment group of oral medicine Taohong Siwu Decoction. [ Results ] After 3 courses of treatment, efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group, two sets of difference between the total effective rate was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating migraine better, worthy of promotion. |
