青天葵化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究青天葵Nervilia fordii全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析和反相硅胶柱层析等色谱方法对青天葵的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从青天葵的甲醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为鼠李素(1)、鼠李秦素(2)、鼠李柠檬素(3)、鼠李秦素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、鼠李柠檬素-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→4)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、沙苑子苷(7)、豆甾醇(8)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、酵母甾醇(10)。结论化合物9为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Nervilia fordii(Hance)Schltr..Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as rhamnetin(1),rhamnazin(2),rhamnocitrin(3),rhamnazin-3O-β-D-glucoside(4),rhamnocitrin-4’-O-β-D-glucoside(5),rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-4)-β-Dglucopyranoside(6),complanatuoside(7),stigmastero(l 8),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(9)and cerevistero(l 10),respectively.Conclusion Compound 9 is isolated from Nervilia fordii for the first time.
