摘    要:目的建立电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法测定狼毒药材中铝、铁、锰、锌、钡、镍、硒、铅、砷、汞、镉和铜等12种微量元素的方法。方法样品微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪测定了12种微量元素的含量,并进行了方法学研究。结果 12种元素校正曲线线性关系良好,回收率符合痕量分析要求。结论所建立的方法准确、可靠,为狼毒药材的研究提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of 12 trace elements(Al,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Cd,Ba,Hg,Pb) in Radix Euphorbiae Ebracteolatae by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrography(ICP-MS).Methods After microwave digestion,12 trace elements in the samples were determined by ICP-MS,and the method was validated.Results The calibrating curve of 12 trace elements showed good linear relationship,and the mean recovery met the analytical requirement.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and effective.It can be used for the research of Radix Euphorbiae Ebracteolatae Radix.
