| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠合并重型肝炎产前救治的策略和措施，并分析相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析4例妊娠合并重型肝炎救治成功的资料，总结病例特点及分娩前成功救治的经验。结果4例患者血清总胆红素均小于342μmol／L，PTA大于30％，并发症少于3种，经过内科综合治疗成功后，再终止妊娠，母婴预后好。结论部分病情较轻的妊娠合并重型肝炎经积极治疗，有可能在分娩前救治成功。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the possibility and related factors of successful treatment of pregnant patient with severe hepaitis. Methods The data of four cases of pregnant patients with severe hepatitis were analyzed retrospectively. The features of the cases and the experience of successful treatment were summarized. Results The total bilirubin in the four patients were all less than 342μmol/L, PTA were all over 30%, complications were less than three. The prognosis of mothers and babies was good after comprehensive treatment before delivery. Conclusion Some mild grade patients may he treated successfully antepartum after active treatment. |
