子宫内膜癌及其癌前病变中PHA受体与CEA的对比研究

本文采用ABC法对95例子宫内膜组织及其肿瘤进行PHA标记并与CEA进行对比研究。结果显示:癌的PHA阳性率为87.5％,而增殖性病变的阳性率较低:不典型增殖48.0％,腺瘤型增殖46.1％,腺囊型增殖42.8％,单纯型增殖33.3％。癌和不典型增殖CEA的阳件率分别为62.5％和60.0％,而其他增殖性病变的阳性率较低;腺瘤型增殖23.1％,腺囊型增殖14.3％,单纯型增殖0.06％。就癌的标记而言,PHA的阳性率高于CEA,且前者与分化有关,而后者与分化无关,然而由正常至癌演变至癌的过程中,两者的阳性率均显示递增趋势,其染色分布均由腔面移至胞浆。

STUDY ON THE COMPARISON OF PHA RECEPTOR WITH CEA IN ENDOMETRIAL CANCER AND PRECANCEROUS LESIONS

The expression of PHA receptor in 95 endome trial specimens wasstudied by using the ABC method and the result was compared with that of the expression of CEA. The positive rate of PHA receptor was 87.5% in endometrial carcinomas, bet it was lower in hyper plastic endometriunr 48.0%in atypical hyperplasias, 46.1% in adenoma tous hyperplasias, 42.8% in cystic glandular hyperplasias, 33.3% in simple hyperplasias. The postive rate of CEA was 62.6% in endometrial carcinomas, 60.0% in atypical hyperplasias. But it was tower in the other hyperplastic endometrium: 23.1% in adenomatous hyperplasias, 14.3%in cytic glandular hyperplasias, 0.0% in simple hyperplasias. The positive rate of PHA receptor was higher than that of CEA in endometrial carcinomas. PHA receptor was related to the degree, of histobgic differentiation of the carcinomas However, CEA was not associated with the degree of histologic differentiation of the carcinomas. However, both PHA receptor and CEA increased gradually from the normal to hyperplastic and to cancerous endometrium. The distribution of staining was transferred from the glandular luminal border to the cell cytoplasm.
