| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨牙本质涎磷蛋白(DentinSialophosphoprotein ,DSPP)在体外培养的软骨细胞中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化方法,检测培养的第3代小鼠鼻软骨细胞中DSPP的表达。结果:培养细胞胞浆呈阳性着色。结论:DSPP可在体外培养的软骨细胞中表达。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determin the expression of DSPP in mouse chondrocytes in vitro. Method:Third passage of cultured mouse nasal chondrocytes were used to be undertaken immunohitochemical staining with dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) antibody. Result: The plasma of the cultured cells was positive stained with target antibody. Conclusion:DSPP could be expressed in mouse chondrocytes in vitro. |
