女性性工作者人群艾滋病知识行为与感染状况调查分析

目的了解上海市浦东区女性性工作者（female sex worker，FSW）人群艾滋病知识行为以及感染状况，为制定针对该人群的有效防控措施提供科学依据。方法2012年4—6月采用二阶段按比例抽样方法抽取浦东新区内各类娱乐场所中的FSW人群进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果共调查810名FSW，72．3％对艾滋病相关知识知晓，桑拿／洗浴中心的FSW人群对联合国大会艾滋病特别会议（united nations general assembly special session HIV／AIDS，UNGASS）指标和传播途径的知识知晓率高于其他场所的FSW人群。64．4％的FSW人群在最近1个月的商业性行为中能够每次都使用安全套。HIV感染率为0．1％，梅毒感染率为5．1％，丙肝感染率为0．9％。结论上海浦东娱乐场所中FSW人群对艾滋病知识总体掌握较好，但其安全套使用率不高。今后对不同层次场所的FSW人群应采取不同的干预策略，促使其行为转变。

Survey on knowledge,behaviors and HIV infection among female sex workers

Objective To understand HIV/AIDS knowledge, behavior and condom use among female sex workers of Pudong District in Shanghai and to promote HIV/AIDS prevention and control measures among female sex workers. Methods Two-stage proportion probability sampling method was applied to select FSWs from different kinds of entertainment places. Besides, questionnaire survey was conducted. Results 810 female sex workers were investigated. The awareness rate of the knowledge about HIV/AIDS was 72. 3%. FSW in Sauna bath center had more knowledge of UNGASS and the transmission ways than those in other places. The proportion of using condom during the commercial sex behavior in recent months was 64.4%. One case （0. 1% ） was found to be HIV positive, 41 （5.1%） to be syphilis positive and 7 （0. 9% ） to be hepatitis C positive. Conclusions The awareness rate of the knowledge about HIV/AIDS was generally high, but the rate of using condom was relatively low. Specific intervention for female sex workers in different places should be facilitated.
