| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究治疗闭合性跟腱损伤的方法。方法 :采用V Y腱成形术治疗 12例 13足闭合性跟腱损伤 ,全部病例得到随访 ,随访时间为 2～ 5年 ,平均 3年。结果 :V Y腱成形术疗效优良率 84 .6 % ,再断率低。结论 :Abra hamV Y腱成形术是治疗闭合性跟腱断裂的理想方法之一

| Abstract: | Objective:To study a treatment for closed tendo achillis rupture. Methods:12 cases(13 feet) of closed tendo achillis rupture were treated with V Y tenoplasty. The duration of follow up was 2 to 5 years, with an average of 3 years. Results: The effective rate of V Y tenoplasty was 84.6%. Conclusion: V Y tenoplasty is a wonderful treatment for closed tendo achillis rupture. |
