家兔窒息前后刺激舌咽神经对膈神经放电和动脉血压的抑制作用

摘    要:56只家兔在麻醉、肌肉松驰和人工通气条件下,1.电和机械刺激舌咽神经舌支血压均显著下降,电刺激舌支和咽支积分膈神经放电振幅显著减小。2.电刺激舌支产生降压时,积分交感神经放电振幅显著减小。3.窒息兴奋期电刺激舌支积分膈神经放电振幅减小和血压降低显著,但抑制期不显著,而频率显著增快。结果表明:舌支传入抑制呼吸和心血管活动,咽支只抑制呼吸。

Abstract:The article studies the effects of stimulnton of glossopharyngeal nerve(GN)on respiration and arterial pressure(AP) in 56 anesthetized, paralyzed and artificially ventilated rabbits. The major findings are as follows;(1)The electrical stimulation of lingual branch of GN(LBGN) produced a fall for amplitude of the integrated, phrenic discharge(IPD) and AP(P<0.01), but the stimulation of pharyngeal branch of GN(PBGN) only causes a fall for amplitude of IPD(P<0.01).The decrease in AP(P<0.01)can be induced by the mechanical stimulation of LBGN, whereas the stimulation of PBGN does not affect respiration and AP.(2) When decrease in AP is induced by electrical stimulation of LBGN the amplitude of integrated sympathetic discharge is significantly decreased and the change in frequency shows no significance.(3)At the excitatory period during apnea the changes of IPD and AP induced by stimulation of LBGN are similar to those before apnea, but a fall for amplitude of IPD and AP is not significant and increase in frequency is significant(P<0.01) at inhibitory period. These results indicate that a fall for intensity of respiratory activity and AP is induced by input of LBGN. The decrease in intensity of respiratory activity is caused by PBGN afferent.
