核苷(酸)类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎耐药问题的研究进展

核苷(酸)类似物是目前临床上治疗乙型肝炎的重要药物,随着其广泛、长期应用,抗病毒药物选择压力下针对不同核苷类药物的耐药病毒基因突变也逐渐成为目前临床医师必须面对的问题。然而,通过耐药管理可以预测并减少耐药的发生,提高抗病毒治疗的有效率。现就核苷(酸)类似物在乙型肝炎治疗方面所出现的病毒耐药的认识及相关应对策略予以综述。

The Progress of Antiviral Resistance in Treating with Nucleos(t)ide Analogs for Hepatitis B

Currently,more and more nucleos(t)ide analogs are appearing as therapeutic options for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Prolonged therapy can induce the antiviral drug resistance,which has gradually become an important problem for clinicians.However,appropriate management can predict and reduce the incidence of drug resistance,thereby enhancing the efficiency of antiviral therapy.This review summarizes the realization of the viral resistance to nucleos(t)ide analogs in the treatment of hepatitis B and the relevant solutions.
