胆囊息肉样病变的超声诊断与分析

目的 探讨胆囊息肉样病变的声像图表现与病理改变的关系。方法 对94例经手术和病理切片证实的胆囊息肉样病变的声像图和病理诊断进行回顾性分析。结果 85例胆固醇息肉中,64例表现为多发病灶,平均直径5.9mm,蒂窄;6例腺瘤样病变声像图表现均为单发,平均直径约12.4mm,蒂宽。结论 超声根据息肉的数目,大小,蒂部情况可初步判断息肉的性质,指导临床选择治疗方案。

The Ultrasonographic Diagnosis and Analysis of the Polyoid Lesion of Gallbladder

Objective To investigate the relation between the ultrasonogrphic images and the pathological aspect of polypoid lesions of gallbladder. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for the relation between the ultrasonographic images and pathological aspect of 94 cases with polypoid lesions of gallbladder who were certified by the operations and pathologies. Results Among them , there are 85 cases with cholesterol polyps and 6 cases with adenomas of the gallbladder. Most of cholesterol polyps are multifocal , narrow pedicle and 5.9 mm in average diameter. Adenoma of gallbladder is always single , broad pedicle and 12.4mm in average diameter. Conclusion The nature of polypoid lesion is determined by numbers, size of pedicle of the polyp with ultrasonography to help clinician out selecting treatments.
