去骨瓣减压加血肿引流术对高血压脑血肿的疗效观察

目的：探讨去骨瓣减压加血肿引流术对高血压脑血肿的治疗效果。方法：将60例高血压脑血肿患者随机分为观察组（n=30,采取去骨瓣减压加血肿引流术治疗）和对照组（n=30,采取开颅血肿清除术治疗）,分析比较两组患者治疗效果、日常生活功能障碍程度以及满意度情况。结果：观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组（分别为96.7%和76.7%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者日常生活功能障碍普遍轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组（分别为93.3%和70.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：去骨瓣减压加血肿引流术治疗高血压脑血肿效果显著,患者日常生活功能恢复较好,满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effects observation of decompressive craniectomy and drainage hematoma in hypertensive intracerebral hematoma

Objective ： To investigate the curative effects of decompressive craniectomy and drainage hematoma in hypertensive intracerebral hematoma. Methods： Sixty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hematoma were randomly divided into the observation group （n = 30, treated with decompressive craniectomy and hematoma） and control group （n = 30, treated with hematoma evacuation）. The curative effects drainage , degrees of impairment of daily living and satisfaction conditions of these two groups were analyzed and compared. Results： The curative effect of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control gorup （96. 7% vs 76. 7% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the degree of impairment of daily living of the observation group was generally lighter than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （93.3% vs 70. 0% ） （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The decompressive craniectomy life is better, satisfaction is drainage of hematoma can obtain high, it is worth wide apolication treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hematoma with good effects, and functional recovery of patients＇ daily in the clinical nractice.
