| 摘 要： | 目的建立RP-HPLC法测定凉茶中非法添加对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因含量的方法。方法色谱柱：HYPERSIL ODS2柱;流动相：甲醇-水（20∶80）;流速：1.0mL.min-1;检测波长：216nm;柱温：30℃。结果对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因浓度分别在0.04～1.03μg,0.01～0.25μg的范围内呈良好线性关系（r=1.0000）;平均加样回收率（n=9）分别为93.6%（RSD=1.6%）,96.7%（RSD=2.5%）;最小检测量分别为0.25、0.20ng。结论本方法快速、灵敏、专属性强,适用于凉茶中非法添加对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish RP-HPLC method for determination of paracetamol and caffeine illegally added in herbal tea.Methods Hypersil ODS2 column was adopted and the mobile phase was methanol-water（20∶80） at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 216nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear concentration ranges of paracetamol and caffeine were 0.04～1.03μg,0.01～0.25μg,respectively.The average recoveries（n=9） were 93.6%（RSD=1.6%）,96.7%（RSD=2.5%）,respectively.The limits of detection were 0.25ng,0.20ng,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It can determine paracetamol and caffeine illegally added in herbal tea. |
