大面积皮肤软组织挫裂伤反鼓取皮筛状移植的临床疗效

目的探讨反鼓取皮筛状移植治疗大面积皮肤软组织挫裂伤的临床效果。方法将13例大面积皮肤软组织挫裂伤患者的皮肤组织瓣用鼓式取皮机反鼓切取制成筛状中厚自体皮,立即封闭创面,观察术后恢复情况并进行随访。结果13例患者中11例Ⅰ期愈合,1例有少量点状皮肤坏死,换药2周后愈合,1例少量补充(0.5%)植皮愈合。移植皮肤质地2～3个月后柔软,功能基本恢复。结论大面积皮肤软组织挫裂伤的皮瓣反鼓取皮筛状移植操作相对方便,省时省力,节省皮源,成活率高,功能与外形恢复较满意。

Clinical Effects of Cribriform Skin Transplantation Treatment with Anti-drum Skin Incision for Large Area Skin Soft Tissue Laceration

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of cribriform skin transplantation treatment with anti-drum skin incision for large area skin soft tissue laceration.Methods Of the 13 cases with large area skin soft tissue laceration,we cut the skin flap by using skin drum machine with anti-drum skin incision and make it into cribriform medium thickness autologous skin,close the wound immediately,then observe and follow-up the postoperative recovery situation.Results 11 of 13 cases healed by first intention,1 case had points of skin necrosis.After 2 weeks dressing change,1 case headed by transplantation supplement(0.5%).Transplantation skin became soft after 2 to 3 months and function was restored.Conclusion Cribriform skin transplantation treatment with anti-drum skin incision is relatively convenient,saves time and effort,decreases the consumption of skin in transplantation,and has high survival rate and satisfactory recovery in function and appearance.
