| 摘 要： | 目的：为研究甘乌散与奥美拉唑合用对胃溃疡的影响。方法：采用拘束水浸法制造大鼠胃溃疡模型，测定胃酸、胃蛋白酶、溃疡指数等指标的变化。结果：甘乌散与奥美拉唑合用使大鼠溃疡的程度降低。结论：甘乌散与奥美拉唑合用可增强抗大鼠胃溃疡作用，抗溃疡作用明显优于各药单用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To stady the value of combination Wu pulvis and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods:The compound was poured into the rats twice a day to prepare gastric ulcer model in order to observe prophlactico-therapeutic effects of the compound drug. After a week,the cavitas abdominis of rats was opened to collect gastric juice and gastric acidity was determined in anesthesia of urethane. Results:The degree of gastric ulcer was reduced by using the compound drug. Conclusion: The compound drug is obviously better than single medicine. |
