| 老年肺癌全肺切除术的临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年肺癌全肺切除术的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法，分析笔者所在医院收治的老年肺癌患者临床资料，依据治疗方式不同分为治疗I组（支气管袖状肺叶切除术组）和治疗Ⅱ组（全肺切除术组）。结果治疗Ⅱ组切缘阳性率、复发率及淋巴结转移率明显低于治疗I组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者手术治疗后生活质量评分无显著性差异，两组1、3、5年生存率无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论老年肺癌全肺切除术临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To approach clinical result of gerontism lung cancer by pneumonectomy. Methods To retrospectively analyze clinical data of gerontism lung cancer patients in our hospital,which was to he divided into healing I group （ bronchial sleeve lobectomy group）and healing Ⅱ group（ pneumonectomy group）. Results The cutting edge masecline rate, relapse rate, LG metastasis rate of healing Ⅱ group were lower than healing I group, the difference was statistical significantly different（P 〈0. 05）. The quality of life score after operation of two groups,the I ,3,5 year survival rate of two groups were no difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Condusion The clinical curative effect of gerontism lung cancer by pneumonectomy, which was to be used. |
