| 摘 要： | 目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗儿童水痘的疗效。方法将54例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组给予热毒宁注射液;对照组给予利巴韦林针;观察比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组的效果明显优于对照组,表现为退热、皮疹消退的时间明显缩短,总病程也明显缩短（P〈0．01）,未见明显不良反应。结论热毒宁注射液治疗儿童水痘疗效好,安全,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of reduning inject a liquid in the treatment of children with chicken pox. Methods The 27 cases were randomly divided into two groups,The treatment group were given reduning inject a liquid;The control group were given the treatment of Ribavirin inject; Observed and compared two groups of efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The effect of the treatment group much better than control group, Manifested as fever, skin rash subsided significantly shortened the time,The total duration time was significantly shorter（ P 〈 0. 01 ） , with no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion It is valid and safety on treatment of chicken pox epidemic with the reduning inject a liquid, and worth popularizing. |
