| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨家庭干预对癫痫患儿家庭功能缺陷的影响.方法 将112例癫痈患儿随机均分为研究组和对照组,每组各56例,对照组仅实施常规治疗和护理,研究组实施为期1年的家庭干预,包括家庭教育和家庭访视.采用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)及家庭功能评定量表(FAD)于患儿出院前、出院1年后进行评定.结果 出院1年后,研究组癫痫患儿家庭环境评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05),而家庭功能评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 家庭干预有利于指导家长给患儿提供良好的家庭环境.对家庭功能缺陷有改善作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of family intervention on functional deficits of adolescence with epilepsy.Methods 112 patients were randomly assigned to two groups.Family intervention,including family education and family visiting were given to study group in the one-year follw-up.The FES-CV and FAD were assessed before the enrollment and after one-year follow-up.Results After one year~intervention,the scores of family environment in study group were higherthan that ofthe control group,while the scores of family function in study group were lower than that of the control group.And all the difference were significant between two gmups.Conclusion Family intervention could guide parents to provide favorable environment to adolescence with epilepsy and improve the family deficits. |
