| 摘 要： | 目的:了解在美沙酮维持治疗期间,患者滥用甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)情况以及相关因素。方法:对2012年5月31日和2012年6月1日瑞丽市美沙酮维持治疗门诊在治303例海洛因成瘾者进行甲基苯丙胺尿检并收集基本信息。结果:在303例美沙酮维持治疗者中,合并滥用甲基苯丙胺163例(53.8%)。Logistic多因素回归分析,男性、年龄<41 a、文盲及小学文化程度、丧偶或离婚、MMT治疗时间≥3 a患者更易发生滥用冰毒行为。结论:美沙酮维持治疗患者滥用甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)行为较普遍,应对美沙酮维持治疗病人实施干预措施,以减少滥用冰毒行为的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the use of methamphetamine among methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) patients and related factors.Methods: Urine test for methamphetamine was conducted among 303 patients from a MMT clinic in Ruili between May 31,2012 and June 1,2012.Results: Among the 303 MMT patients,163(53.8%) were abusing methamphetamine.Results from multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated that those who were male,aged less than 41 years old,with an education level of illiterate or primary school,divorced or widowed,receiving MMT 3 years or more were more likely to abuse methamphetamine.Conclusion: Methamphetamine use was common among MMT patients,more efforts should be made to prevent and reduce the use of methamphetamine among MMT patients in China. |
