ONE STAGE BLADDER MUCOSA FLAP URETHROPLASTY FOR HYPOSPADIAS REPAIR

Bladder mucosa flap urethroplasty, a onestage operation for hypospadias repair, is des-cribed. Of 110 cases of congenital hypospadiastreated by this procedure, 105 (95.5To)' were suc-cessful. It is indicated for several types ofhypospadias and has few complications. Forcases with intractable urethral stenosis, the pro-cedure should be preceded by urethrotomy 6months previously.
