含与不含朱砂的万氏牛黄清心丸解热作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的比较万氏牛黄清心丸与去除朱砂及酸枣仁替代朱砂的万氏牛黄清心丸对发热动物体温的影响作用。方法给大鼠灌胃相应的药物后,于背部皮下注射酵母,制备大鼠发热模型,用非接触式红外测温仪分别于致热后o.5、1、2、4、6、8h测量动物肛温,比较各药物对动物体温的影响。结果万氏牛黄清心丸组动物体温在1~4h与模型组无明显差异,6—8h时体温明显下降(P〈0.01)。去除朱砂及酸枣仁替代朱砂的万氏牛黄清心丸的高、低剂量组在4h内体温与模型组比较均无明显差异;去除朱砂的万氏牛黄清心丸高剂量组、酸枣仁替代朱砂的万氏牛黄清心丸低剂量组在4h后体温明显低于模型组,直至8h时体温抑制作用仍明显存在。与万氏牛黄清心丸比较,不含朱砂的各药组在致热6h内体温差异无统计学意义,至8h时去除朱砂的万氏牛黄清心丸高、低剂量组体温明显高于万氏牛黄清心丸组。结论含与不含朱砂的万氏牛黄清心丸在动物致热4h后均表现出明显的解热作用,且在6h内各药物作用差异无统计学意义,但在作用强度上以酸枣仁替代朱砂的万氏牛黄清心丸低剂量与万氏牛黄清心丸更接近。

Antipyretic Experimental Research of Wan's Niuhuang Qingxin Pills with/without Cinnabar Contained

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect on the body temperature for the animal with fever among the treatments with Wan′s niuhuang qingxin pill,the pills with cinnabar omitted and the pills with semen ziziphi spinosae involved instead of cinnabar.Methods After gastric perfusion with corresponding medicines,the subcutaneous injection with yeast was done on the back of rat to prepare the fever model.The non-contactable infrared thermometer was used to measure the anal temperature of animal in 0.5,1,2,4,6 h and 8 h successively after fever.The effects of different medications on the body temperature were compared.Results In 1 h to 4 h,the animal body temperature of Wan′s niuhuang qingxin pills did not present apparent difference as compared with model group,but in 6 h to 8 h,the animal body temperature was reduced apparently(P<0.01).Till 4 h,the body temperature in the group of the pills with cinnabar omitted as well as the high-dose and low-dose groups of the pills with semen ziziphi spinosae involved instead of cinnabar did not present apparent difference as compared with model group.After 4 h,in the high-dose group of the pills with cinnabar omitted as well as the low-dose group of the pills with semen ziziphi spinosae involved instead of cinnabar,the body temperature was lower obviously than that in model group.Till 8h,the inhibition of body temperature was still persistent apparently.As compared with the group of Wan′s niuhuang qingxin pills,in 6 h of fever,the body temperature was not significantly different in the other groups without cinnabar contained.Till 8 h,in high-dose and low-dose groups of the pills with cinnabar omitted,the body temperature was higher remarkably than that in the group of Wan′s niuhuang qingxin pills.Conclusion Wan′s niuhuang qingxin pills with/without cinnabar contained all present remarkably antipyretic effect and the statistical difference in the effect was not significant in 6 h among the treatments with different pills.But,concerning to the effect intensity,Wan′s niuhuang qingxin pills of low dose with semen ziziphi spinosae involved instead of cinnabar has the most similar effect as Wan′s niuhuang qingxin pills.
