| Abstract: | For the standardized community home nursing care service, this article gave the ideas and recommendations on adjusting home care charges, encouraging home care, allocation of human resource and introduction of the standardized community home nursing team management and so on. It proposed establishing the home care evaluation, the nursing assistants training system and the quality evaluation criteria and others. |
