老年男性反流性食管炎易患因素的研究与预防

目的：探索老年男性罹患反流性食管炎（RE）的相关危险因素,并有针对性地提出预防策略.方法：针对内镜确诊的老年男性（年龄＞60岁）反流性食管炎患者394例,采用自拟特定指标的调查问卷就职业因素、饮食习惯及生活方式进行调查.结果：在相关影响因素中,长期紧张焦虑者RE的发生率明显增加（P＜0.01）;生活饮食习惯中吸烟、长期饮酒是RE的高危因素（P＜0.05）.重体力劳动、进食过冷过烫以及进食过饱,虽然发生率有不同,但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：提倡健康的生活方式,戒烟限酒,放松心情可减少RE的发生.

Etiological study and prevention for reflux esophagitis in the aged male

Objective: To investigate the diverse etiological factors caused by reflux esophagitis(RE)in the aged male and to introduce the suitable prophylactic strategy.Method: We selected 394 cases aged male RE patients diagnosed by endoscope.Then definite questionnaire was used to collect information about their occupation factors,eating habits,living types,etc.The data was studied to find out correlated risk factors in those crowds.Results: In the relative etiological factors,there was higher incidence rate in those who were in long-term anxiety condition(P<0.01).Long-term smoking and drinking were the RE risk factors(P<0.05) of the living and diet habits.The physical work,eating supercooling or overheating food had no statistical significance although those incidence rates may be different(P>0.05).Conclusion: There are omnifarious risk factors causing RE besides organism’s self-factors.Avoiding them and improving healthy living ways may reduce the incidence of RE.
