半夏培养物与人工栽培半夏生物碱类成分对比分析

摘    要:用薄层层析及薄层扫描法对半夏培养物及人工栽培半夏进行生物碱类成分对比分析。结果表明两者的吸收光谱完全相同,薄层层析图谱基本一致。总生物碱含量测定:半夏培养物为0.48%,栽培半夏为0.137%;其它的主要对应组成的相对百分含量分别为(半夏培养物/栽培半夏):116.14,84.47,83.82,93.12,101.79,121.73%。

Abstract:This article presents a study on the comparative analysis of alkaloid componeats in cultured and planted Pinellia ternata by TLC and TLCS. It was found that their absorption spectra were identical and their chromatograms were very similar to each other. The content of total alkaloid was 0.48%(cultured) and 0.137% (plantd). The relative contents of other components in percentage (cultured/planted) were 116.14, 84.47, 83.82, 93.12, 101.79, and 121.73% respectively.
