成都市社区卫生服务中心就诊病种分析

目的了解成都市社区卫生服务中心居民就诊的主要病种及提供服务的内容。方法采用整群抽样,抽取成都市武侯区10个社区卫生服务中心2003年1,4,7,10月的门诊就诊记录,共21929条病例纪录。结果社区卫生服务中心就诊疾病前5位依次是上呼吸道感染、高血压、支气管炎、扁桃体炎及外伤。按疾病系统分类,前5位依次是呼吸系统疾病,循环系统疾病,消化系统疾病,泌尿生殖系统疾病,妊娠、分娩期疾病。社区卫生服务中心除了提供疾病诊断服务外,还提供健康体检、一般治疗、咨询等服务。结论社区卫生服务中心就诊病种相对集中,主要就诊病种是常见病和多发病。社区卫生服务中心提供基本医疗服务及预防保健服务。可根据当地就诊病种,制定前5位或前10位双向转诊技术标准,并提供灵活的转诊内容。

Analysis of Disease Categories Handled in the Community Health Service Centers in Chengdu

Objective To assess the main diseases handled in the community health service centers (CHSC) and the contents of community health services.Methods Cluster sampling method was applied to analyze 21 929 cases of outpatients visiting in January,March,July and October of 2003 in the ten CHSC of Wuhou district in Chengdu.Results The first five diseases handled according to the records were upper aspiratory infections,hypertension,bronchitis,tonsillitis and trauma.The first five diseases belonged to respiratory,circulatory,digestive system,urogenital,and obstetric systems.Besides the diagnostic services,the CHSC also offer physical examination,general treatments,and counsel.Conclusion The disease categories handled in CHSC are relatively concentrated.The main disease categories are common or frequently encountered diseases.CHSC can supply basic medical services,health care and disease prevention.According the local common diseases,formulate the technical standards for dual-way referral system of the five or the ten diseases,offer a flexible referral contents.
