新生儿颅脑正常CT表现

目的：观察新生儿颅脑正常ＣＴ表现特点，为新生儿颅内疾病的诊断提供正常ＣＴ解剖依据，材料与方法，按样本纳入标准选择２０例新生儿（包括１５例足月儿和５例早产儿）进行头颅ＣＴ扫描。结果：发现新生儿颅脑具有白质密度较低，灰白质分界模糊，硬膜窦密度高，基底部脑池和第四脑室宽大，存在透明隔间腔等特点，其中白质密度和灰白质分界影像与实际胎龄关系密切。结论：新生儿颅脑正常ＣＴ表现与成人明显不同，在新生儿颅内疾病Ｃ

Normal CT Appearance of Cerebral Cranium in Neonate

Objective: In order to provide normal CT anatomic basis for the diagnosis of some intracranial diseases in neonates, normal CT appearances of neonatal cerebral cranium were surveyed.Materials and Methods: Twenty cases of the neonates, in which there are fifteen term neonates and five preterm neonates, were selected in accordance with the sample standards and examinated by CT scan.Results: On head CT, there are some characteristic findings including relative leukohypodensity, obscure boundary between the gray matter and the white matter, hyperdensity in dural sinus, broad in basal cisterns and 4th ventricle, presence of interspace in septum pellucidum. Of them, the white density and boundary of grey white matter have a direct bearing on real fetus age of neonates. Conclusion: The neonates are obviously different from the adults in normal CT manifestations of cerebral cranium. The misdiagnosis taking some special normal imagings to abnormal signs should be avoided in CT diagnosis of neonatal intracranial diseases.
