| 摘 要： | 为探讨经皮肝穿刺博来霉素腔内注射治疗肝血管瘤的价值,随机选择肝血管瘤患者20人,局麻下经皮肝穿刺至瘤腔,将博来霉素直接注入,每周一次,3次为一疗程。结果显示其总有效率100％,治愈率100％;25％的患者出现发热、 腹胀等轻微并发症。本方法避免了开腹手术,创伤小,疗效肯定,并发症少,病人易于耐受,费用低廉,是有效的治疗肝血管瘤的新方法。

| Abstract: | To evaluate percutaneous trans hepatic puncture and intraluminal bleomycin injection for hepatic hemangioma, 20 patients accepted the therapy. With local anesthesia, a PTC needle was punctured into the lumen of hepatic hemangioma, and the bleomycin was injected. One time a week, and three times made a course of treatment. The total curative ratio was 100%. Fever and distension of the abdomen occurred in 25% of the patients. It is concluded that the method is a mini traumatic and effective therapy for hepatic hemangioma. |
