| 摘 要： | 目的 评价高分辨率超声对陈旧性膝关节交叉韧带（ＡＣＬ）断裂的诊断价值。方法 采用７．５ＭＨｚ线陈探头，对５７例临床拟诊膝ＡＣＬ断裂秫产行超声检查，并与关节镜结果比较。结果 超声诊断符合者５０例，假阴性６例，假阳性１例，诊断正确率８７．７％。结论 高分辨率超声对陈旧性膝ＡＣＬ断裂的诊断简便、无创、较准确，具有一定的临床实用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objectiveand MethodsTo evaluate the validity of high resolution sonography in diagnosisof old rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) of the knee,57 patients clinicallysuspected to have old knee injury were examined by 7.5MHz linear probe.The results werecompared with those of arthroscopy.ResultsUltrasonographically,50 caseswere accurately diagnosed,6 cases were false-negative and 1 case was false-positive.Thetotal diagnostic rate was 87.7%.ConclusionHigh resolution sonography isuseful in diagnosis old rupture of the ACL of the knee. |
