在宁高校大学生亚健康状况调查

目的:了解南京高校大学生亚健康状况,为健康干预提供依据.方法:抽取江苏省南京市两所大学在校1～4年级全日制学生,发放问卷1 387份,指导调查对象填写问卷,现场询问病史和中医四诊、作出证候诊断.回收有效问卷1 227份,进行统计、独立组平均数差异检验和双变量相关显著性检验.结果:所调查大学在校生亚健康状况总体发生率84.43％.从低年级到高年级躯体亚健康症状呈上升趋势,但组间平均差异不显著(P＞0.05);大四学生的躯体症状最明显,与其它3组的组间平均数、差异均达到显著水平(P＜0.01).女生症状更明显,并且差异随年级增高不断加大.中医证候在亚健康大学生中的发生率为68.05％,其中,肝郁脾虚证、脾虚湿阻证、肝气郁结证占前3位.女生生活方式存在问题多于男生,但对健康干预的认知度高于男生.结论:南京高校在校大学生广泛存在亚健康状况,需要学校加强关注,积极预防.

Investigation and analysis of the sub-health status of college students in Nanjing

Objective: To understand the health status of college students in Nanjing and to provide basis for health education intervention.Methods: Sample students from two colleges in Nanjing area among grades 1-4 went through 1387 questionnaires under the guidance of deputy chief physician doing the survey questionnaire,field history and four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome diagnosis.A total of 1227 valid questionnaires recollected,using SPSS for Windows 8/Excel 2007 statistics,independent group mean difference between test and bivariate correlation significance test.Results:University students sub-health overall incidence rate was 84.43%.From low grade to high grade somatic symptoms of sub-health assumes the trend of escalation,the fourth grade university student body symptom was most obvious.Female students had more obvious symptoms than their male conterparts,and the difference rose along with grades rising.The occurrence rate of sub health of college students was 68.05%,whereas,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation syndrome,syndrome of stagnation of Liver-qi accounted for the top three.The of girls had more life style problems than those of boys,but were more aware of the importance of health education.Conclusion: Sub-health status of university students widely exists,which needs attention and active prevention.
