| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中西医结合治疗急性呼吸道感染临床效果。方法：对我院2007年8月至2008年2月收治的59例急性呼吸道感染患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者根据病情分别给予抗菌，抗病毒对症治疗。治疗组在给予西医对症治疗基础上，从中医角度辩证施治将患者分为风寒束表、风热犯肺、暑湿略表3种，并对应给药。结果：治疗组比治疗组的总有效率明显提高，两组均未出现不良反应。结论：中医药结合治疗急性呼吸道感染，可有效提高临床效果，缩短疗程。
