| 摘 要： | 多奈哌齐为1-苄基-4-[（5，6-二甲氧基-1-茚酮）-2-亚甲基]哌啶盐酸盐，是第2代可逆性乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）抑制剂，为美国食品与药物监督管理局（FDA）批准用于治疗阿尔茨海默病（AD）的第2个药物。该文介绍了多奈哌齐的合成方法，并比较了各种方法的优缺点，试图寻找一条适合大规模、商业化生产的工艺路线。

| Abstract: | Donepezil named 1-benzyl-4- [（5, 6- dimethoxy- 1-indanon）-2-methylene] piperidine hydrochloride is the second generation reversibility anticholinesterase inhibitor and the second medicament for treating Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） authorized by FDA. This review summarizes the various synthetic processes of donepezil. By comparison of the merits and demerits of the process for the preparation of donepezil, try to find a route which shows more favorable commercial value in the manufacturing scale. |
