复方麝香联合疏血通注射液治疗儿童重症病毒性脑炎临床分析

目的 探讨复方麝香联合疏血通注射液静脉滴注治疗儿童重症病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法 将临床确诊的儿童重症病毒性脑炎分成3组：①复方麝香组；②复方麝香联合疏血通组；③对照组；每组随机抽取10例，回顾分析这些临床资料并进行临床疗效对比。结果 ①、②组退热、惊厥控制和神志开始恢复时间均短于对照组（P〈0．05），而②组核磁共振（MRI）复查显示病灶缩小比①、③组更明显，后遗症发生率亦较低（P〈0．05）。结论 复方麝香联合疏血通注射液治疗儿童重症病毒性脑炎临床疗效满意。

Clinical analyses on treatment of severe viral encephalitis in children by Fufangshexiang and Shuxuetong

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fufangshexiang and Shuxuetong injection in treating severe viral encephalitis in children. Methods Children with severe viral encephalitis confirmed clinically were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into three groups：the control group was only treated in regular way; the first group was added with injection of Fufangshexiang;and the second group was accepted both therapy just as the first group and with injection of Shuxuetong. 10 cases were selected randomly in each group and the clinieal effieacy was compared. Results It took less time for the first and second group to bring down a fever, stop spasm and regain consciousness than it did for the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ;In the second group,lei- sions showed on MRI were smaller and sequela were less than in the first and the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Injection of Fufangshexiang and Shuxuetong is effective in treating severe viral encephalitis in Children.
