全麻术后硬膜外阻滞镇痛与常规注射镇痛效果的比较

目的:探讨硬膜外阻滞方法的术后镇痛效果。方法:将胸部和腹部手术后病例50例,随机分为两组,即常规注射镇痛剂组25例(Ⅰ),硬膜外阻滞镇痛组25例(Ⅱ)。采取VAS镇癌效果评分法和Ramsay镇静程度评分法对两组病例进行评分评价。结果:Ⅱ组VAS评分低于Ⅰ组,Ramsay评分高于Ⅰ组;(P<0.01);Ⅱ组SBP、DBP和HR低于Ⅰ组,SPO2高于Ⅰ组, (P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:硬膜外阻滞法镇痛效果优于常规注射法,且对术后病人的心血管系统有明显的保护作用,值得临床广泛应用。

Comparison of analgesia using the epidural space block anesthesia with regular injection analgesia after general anaesthesia operation

Objective: To explore the postoperative analgesia effect under epidural space block anesthesia. Methods: Fifty cases of thoracic and abdomen operation were randomly divided to 2 groups: 25 cases of regular injection group ( I ) and 25 cases of epidural space block anesthesia group ( II ) . The two groups were evaluated by VAS of pain grade and Ramsay of calm grade. Results: The scores of I group were lowed than that of group I by using VAS, but higher than that of group I by using Ramsay (P<0. 01). SBP, DBP and HR of Group II were less than those of group I, but SPO2higher than that of group I ( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The epidural space block anesthesia is superior to regular injection analgesia, and has a protective effect on cardiovascular system after operation, worthy of applying to clinic.
