乳腺癌雌、孕激素受体与PCNA表达

摘    要:
目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)之间的相互关系及联合检测对乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗方案制定和预测、预后的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学链霉素生物蛋白过氧化物酶(S-P)法检测80例乳腺癌组织中PCNA、ER和PR的表达。结果(1)80例乳腺癌组织中,ER、PR、PCNA的阳性表达率分别为65.0%,57.5%和63.75%。(2)乳腺癌有淋巴结转移组PCNA阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P〈0.01),且呈正相关(P〈0.01),即淋巴结转移程度越低,PCNA阳性表达率亦越低。(3)PCNA阳性表达率在乳腺癌ER与PR阴性组均明显高于乳腺癌ER与PR阳性组(P〈0.01),且均呈负相关(P〈0.01),即ER与PR阴性则PCNA阳性表达率高。结论PCNA阳性表达率与ER、PR阳性或阴性结果有关,PCNA与ER、PR联合检测,可为乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗方案的制定和预测预后提供辅助依据。

Abstract:
Objective To approch the correlation relationship between the expression of PCNA and ER,PR in breast cancer and evaluate the significance of combine detection in formulating endocrine therapeutic regimen after breast cancer operation.Methods The immunohistochemical expression of PCNA,ER and PR were examined in 80 patients with breast cancer.Results (1)Among 80 cases,the positive rate of ER,PR and PCNA were 65.0%,57.5%,63.75% respectively.(2)The positive rate of PCNA in group with lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher than that in group without lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01) and there was positive relationship between lymphatic metastasis and positive expression of PCNA(P<0.01).(3)The positive rate of PCNA in group without the expression of ER,PR was significantly higher than that in group with the expresson of ER,PR in breast cancer and there was negtive relationship between the expression of ER,PR in breast cancer and positive expression of PCNA(P<0.01).Conclusion The positive rate of PCNA is related with the positive or negative expression of ER,PR in breast cancer.Associating PCNA with ER,PR detection can provide the ancillary evidence to predict the prognosis and to formulate the treatment plan of endocrinetherapy after breast cancer operation.
