摘    要:对武汉地区3~89岁2886名健康人进行了桡、尺骨骨矿含量的测定。发现出生后骨矿含量随增龄而逐渐升高,5~8岁是儿童增长的第一个高峰期,13~16岁是第二个高峰。20岁以后同年龄组性别不同,骨矿含量差异显著,女性普遍低于男性。男、女均于30~39岁时达到峰值骨量,以后随增龄骨矿含量逐渐下降,50岁以后女性受绝经后卵巢功能减退的影响,骨矿含量下降迅速。经常从事体育锻炼的人比同龄无运动习惯的人具有较高的骨矿含量。

Abstract:The bone mineral content (BMC) and bone mineral density (BMD) of the non-dominant radius and ulna at one third between middle and distal radius were measured by means of single photon absorptiometry (SD-100, 241 Am source, China) in 3 242 Chinese, among whom 356 were excluded from analysis because they had had bone fracture or had a metabolic bone disease or other obvious systemic illness. So, data from 2 886 persons (men 1 303 and women 1 583, aged 3-89 years) were included in the analysis. They were children, pupils, students, workers, intellectuals, cardres or city inhabitants.Our data showed good age-related variation of the bone mass. In childhood the BMC and BMD increased rapidly with age. The peak of bone mass was reached in Chinese aged 34-35 years. Both sexes had the highest bone mass at the age from 30 to 39, and then, the BMC and BMD of radius and uln adecreas-ed with advancing age. In females the BMC and BMD were rapidly reduced in postmenopause and the reduction occurred 10-15 years later in males. It was found that BMC and BMD increased rapidly in two stages: the first one at the age of 5-8 years in persons of both sexes and the second one at the age of 13-14 in females and at the age of 15-16 in males. We also found that in women after menopause the bone mass waned progressively and a rapid loss of bone mass was found 2-5 years after menopause. It is most likely that persons who exercise regularly have higher BMC and BMD than those who do not.
