经济学研究范式的根本性转换

科斯通过个案分析 ,证伪了以庇古为代表的传统福利经济学解决经济溢出问题的“外部性教条” ,开拓了边际分析基础上的制度分析方法 ,揭示了隐藏在经济现象背后的制度实质 ,推动了经济学研究范式的根本性转换。制度分析研究范式的确立 ,能够加强对经济政策和实施路径选择的研究 ,保证政策的实施效果 ;能够强化正式约束 ,解决市场化过程中的“道德风险”问题 ;能够注重制度激励问题的研究 ,努力实现经济改革目标 ,对于中国转型时期经济问题研究具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。

The Fundamental Transformation of Research Paradigm of Economics

Through case study, Coase proved it to be wrong that traditional economics of welfare represented by Pigou held the "exterior doctrine" for solving economic overflow, which pioneered institutional analysis based on marginal analysis. The institutional analysis discovered institutional substance hidden behind economic phenomena and promoted the fundamental transformation of research paradigm of economics. The establishment of research paradigm of institutional analysis strengthens not only the research on economic policies and the choice of implemental ways to assure the executive effects but also the formal constraint to solve the problem of "moral risk" in marketing.
