| 摘 要： | 作者创用切断阴茎悬韧带的术式为15例病人作了阴茎延长术,可使阴茎延长3～6cm。同时还保持了阴茎的正常感觉和勃起功能,不仅疗效满意而且还使其中一部分病例免于作阴茎再造。

| Abstract: | Reported were a series of 15 cases of brachy-penis,treated with an incision at the base of the penis the suspension ligament of the penis was cut off to make longer the penis,the protion being 3～6cm.Most of the patients were followed-up for 3～24 months.The sensation and erection function of the penis remained normal.The procedure was safe and effective and without any complications. |
