Budd-Chiari综合征的彩色多普勒超声诊断

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对布-加综合征(Budd-Chiari Syndrome,BCS)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床及其它影像检查证实的21例布-加综合征的二维超声表现及血流变化特点。结果肝静脉病变(Ⅰ型)5例,下腔静脉病变(Ⅱ型)14例,肝静脉和下腔静脉混合病变(Ⅲ型)2例。彩色多普勒超声检测出19例,漏诊2例,诊断准确率90.5%。结论彩色多普勒超声对布-加综合征能做出非常准确的诊断,具有重要的临床意义及价值。

Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome.

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods The characteristics of two-dimensional ultrasonography and blood flow changes of 21 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome confirmed clini- cally and by other imaging examinations were analyzed retrospectively. Results Hepatic venous lesions （type I） in 5 cases, inferior vena eava lesions （type II） in 14 cases, hepatic vein and inferior vena cava mixed lesions （type III） in 2 cases. 19 cases were diag- nosed by color Doppler ultrasound, 2 cases were missed diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 90.5%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose Budd-Chiari syndrome accurately, which has important clinical significance and value.
