| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用。方法对本院自2002年5月起到至今在行无张力修补术在治疗腹股沟疝54例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组手术成功完成，平均时间30．60min，随访6mo．4a，未见复发。结论无张力疝修补术可以安全，有效地应用于腹股沟疝的患者。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The objective is to discuss the application of non-tension herniorrhaphy in IH. Methods Retrospective analysis of 54 cases clinical documents of IH treated by non-tension herniorrhaphy in our hospital from May 2002 till now were made. Results All operations were completed successfully with 30-60min average time and no recurrence took place in follow-up visits from 6 months to 4 years after operations. Conclusion Non-tension herniorrhaphy can be effectively applied to patients with IH in safety. |
