| 摘 要： | 随着人民群众健康需求的不断增长，“以人为本”的医疗服务理念和需求，必将使“以疾病为中心”的医疗服务理念向“以患者为中心”的理念转变，而信息化技术的飞速发展，又为拓展医疗服务空间提供了可能性。在此背景下，提出利用移动通信网络与医疗信息网络融合技术，实现医务人员和患者双方随时、随地提供和接受个性化的诊疗服务的新型医疗服务模式及其系统，并简要阐述了建立这一信息系统的流程和架构。

| Abstract: | With people＇s material and cultural living standards rising, the demand for health is growing, and the concept of medical service is changed from ＂disease-centered＂ to ＂patient-centered＂. Based on the rapid development of information technology, a new medical service model and information system will be formed, in which both medical staff and patients, at anytime, anywhere to provide and accept personal medical services with ＂people-oriented＂ conception.
