异丙酚配伍不同剂量芬太尼用于前列腺支架置入术麻醉体会

目的　研究异丙酚联合应用不同剂量的芬太尼在前列腺支架置入术的麻醉作用。方法　ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级前列腺支架置入患者 6 4例 ,随机分为 3组 ,A组 2 2例为对照组 ,B组 2 2例 ,C组 2 0例。A组静注异丙酚2mg/kg ;B组静注异丙酚 2mg/kg及芬太尼 1μg/kg ;C组静注异丙酚 2mg/kg及芬太尼 2 μg/kg。异丙酚均于 4 5～ 6 0s缓慢注入。观察 3组患者诱导及苏醒时间 ,异丙酚用量及呼吸抑制情况。结果　麻醉诱导时间B、C2组

Propofol with Different Dosage of Fentanyl for Prostate Supporter Anesthesia

Objective To explore the effect of propofol anesthesia with different dosage of fentanyl in prastate supporter.Methods Sixty-four prastate supporter patients were randomly divided into three groups?group A(Control group)22 patients,group B 22 patients and group C 20patients.Group A was administrated propofol 2mg/kg only;group B was administrated propofol 2mg/kg with 1μg/kg fentanyl;group C was 2mg/kg propofol with 2μg/kg fentanyl.Induction time,recovery time,the dosage of propofol and respiration depression were recorded.Results Propofol dosage in group B and C was less than that in group A(P<0 05).Respiration depression occurrence of group A,Band C were 45%,50% and 85% respectively.Condusion Propofol with fentanyl for prastate supporter anesthesia may enhance analgesia and reduce the propofol dosage.Propofol with 2μg/kg fentanyl is a safe and effective protocol for coduced abortion anesthesia.
